I love these women, they are so sweet. I get to visit them every week and I look forward to every visit I get to have with them. They are amazing and I love the laughs and memories we have had together!

it's beginning to look a lot like christmas....

my favorite time of the year has arrived and i am in complete bliss. it is FINALLY getting colder outside here in AZ and it is about time. alexa and i were driving to seminary today and we turn the radio to channel 99.9 KEZ and michael buble's "have yourself a merry little christmas" was playing. we immediately start screaming and freaking out cause we have been waiting for christmas music to come on for about a month or so! throughout seminary i couldn't stop smiling and i kept telling everyone "did you know they are playing christmas music now?!!!" i told alexa, i hope you know we are only allowed to play christmas music from now on! i hope you are all enjoying this beautiful holiday season coming up! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

oh my goodness how can you forget about miss shirley temple! i loved her growing up and alexa and i used to be obsessed with her sing-along movies. they were the best and she was so hilarious! i miss the good ole' days when i was little and when alexa and i would watch these old vhs movies :)

my package came in the mail and this quote pretty much sums it up for me. don't you love it when you are waiting forEVER for something you having been eying and then it finally comes and you're in complete bliss.....that's how i felt opening up that mail box! hahah this post is so random and so boring but i just had to write something today, i've been slackin' ;)

thrifting=love

today was a lovely day. i woke up and denee', alexa, and i went thrifting...my favorite. it was half off day at every goodwill, can you say heaven? i scored six skirts, i was so happy. i barely have any church clothes so i've been on the hunt for cute dresses or skirts so i was very satisfied with my day! after the thrifting we headed to kohls because denee' and i had coupons that we wanted to use. i got a couple shirts and they are adorable! i love the feeling when you go to the cash register at a thrift store and you buy whole carts worth of things and the total comes out to ten dollars...you gotta love goodwill. i hope everyone had as good of a day as i did. love you all.

evening in excellence

the young women in our ward had our evening in excellence on wednesday and it was so much fun. the theme was seeing the lord's image in our countenance. every girl had their own silhouette made and we each got mirrors and many other cute things to take home! i already received my young woman's medallion a few years ago so i just got to sit back and enjoy the evening! over all it was a very good night and i love the women of our ward so much. here are a few pictures we took throughout the night...

bike ride

it's finally getting cooler outside so alexa and i decided to take advantage of the weather and take a bike ride! these are some random pictures i took while we were riding in our neighborhood... :)
